- A standard delivery charge to addresses within the UK of £15 will be applied to most orders under £100 with the following exceptions.
- Single orders over £100 for some products will benefit from free delivery to one address within the UK. The product description will detail the delivery charges, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
- Decorative plaster Coving delivery charge will be £35 up to orders of £249.99 and free for orders in excess of £250
- Decorative Plaster Ceiling roses delivery charge will be free for all domestic orders
- Brassware & Wrought Iron products delivery charge will be £10 for orders up to £99.99 and free for orders in excess of £100
- Porcelain tiles delivery charge will be £75 for orders up to £349.99 and free for orders in excess of £350
- International orders should contact us directly for a quote on the cost of delivery.
- Bespoke orders may have a delivery charge added subject to the specific item. Please confirm at the time of order the delivery charges on a bespoke item.

Sovalli Ltd use every reasonable effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of the Products are as accurate as possible but give no warranty in respect of the accuracy of this information. Some items are photographed individually and others are stock photos, you should contact us to confirm whether you are buying from a stock photo or the photo of the specific item. The sale of the Products listed on our Website is subject to the availability of those Products.  As many of our Products are hand-made, delivery times may vary.  We will endeavour to advise you of the estimated time for delivery following receipt of your order or by contacting us directly as you place an order.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Acceptance or, if no delivery date is specified, then within thirty (30) days of the date of the Order of Acceptance, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The prices for which delivery of the Products is charged within the UK are set out on our Website, as amended from time to time, or otherwise notified to you at the time you place your order.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you following delivery and once we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges. Delivery will take place any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the address you specify at the time of making the order.  If you are not available to take delivery of the Products, we will leave a note to advise you of the attempted delivery.  We reserve the right to require you to pick up the Products from a courier depot should you not be available to take delivery of the Products.  On request, we can deliver on Saturdays but there is an extra charge for doing so.  We will advise you of this charge at the time of request.

Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products to you on the date we specify, time of delivery is not of the essence.  We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities or costs that you suffer or incur due to any delay or failure in delivery of Products that you have ordered, unless the same arise due to our negligence.


We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Product(s).  However, if you do wish to return any Product(s), whether because they are damaged or you are a consumer and wish to cancel your order with us in accordance with your consumer rights. It is your responsibility to check on delivery that your Product(s) are not damaged, defective or the wrong quantity or specification ("Damaged Products”).  Please contact us within forty eight (48) hours of delivery should you receive Damaged Products. Whether you wish to return your Products because they are Damaged Products or because you are exercising your consumer rights, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible following delivery of the Products to advise us of the return/cancellation.  Please contact us clearly setting out (i) your name and address, (ii) the Products you wish to return and (iii) the reason that you wish to return your Products, including photographic evidence of any damage.
Once you have contacted us to advise us of your wish to return the Products, we will confirm receipt of your request and notify you of your returns number and any special instructions regarding the return of the Products.  In certain circumstances we may arrange to inspect the Damaged Products prior to return and/or arrange for delivery of the Products to us. All Products should be returned to the address we state when you advise us of your wish to return or cancel the Products.

All returns of Products are made at your own cost and risk.  Therefore, if we do not arrange the return of the Products to us (which we may do at our discretion), we strongly recommend that you use the delivery method we advise on receipt of your returns request.  All Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with a copy of your proof of purchase, your contact details, your returns number and all accessories, packaging and instructions that were supplied with the Product. We reserve the right to replace damaged Products or refund you in full in respect of Damaged Products.  All Products returned as Damaged Products will be checked and if found to have no damage will be returned to you at your cost.

Where a refund is due, we will endeavour to make the refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.  We will process the refund due promptly and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we receive your cancellation or the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. You acknowledge that many of our Products are hand-made and sourced from natural materials.  Therefore, there may be slight variations to the Products that you receive in comparison to the Product samples that you have seen on our Website or at our warehouse.  Furthermore, if you order your Products in more than one batch, we cannot guarantee that each batch will be the same.  Such variations are not considered to be "Damaged Products” and we are not obliged to accept the return of such Products.
