Question: Do you accept returns?

Answer:

Yes, we accept returns up to 7 days after the delivery is signed for apart from special orders.

Question: Do you have my order in stock?

Answer: Yes, every item which is available to purchase online is in stock. Special order items are not available for purchase through the website.

Question: How long will it take to deliver my order?

Answer: The usual delivery time is up to 3 working days. If you need an order urgently please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Question: Do you accept credit cards?

Answer: Yes, we accept credit cards through our secure online payment processing facility and we can also accept card payments over the phone. Back to top

Question: What is the cost of delivery?

Answer: - A standard delivery charge to addresses within the UK of £15 will be applied to most orders under £100 with the following exceptions.
- Single orders over £100 for some products will benefit from free delivery to one address within the UK. The product description will detail the delivery charges, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
- Decorative plaster Coving delivery charge will be £35 up to orders of £249.99 and free for orders in excess of £250
- Decorative Plaster Ceiling roses delivery charge is free on all domestic orders
- Brassware & Wrought Iron products delivery charge will be £10 for orders up to £99.99 and free for orders in excess of £100
- Porcelain tiles delivery charge will be £75 for orders up to £349.99 and free for orders in excess of £350
- International orders should contact us directly for a quote on the cost of delivery.
- Bespoke orders may have a delivery charge added subject to the specific item. Please confirm at the time of order the delivery charges on a bespoke item.

Question: Sovalli natural stone items are by definition unique because they have natural variations, what if I do not like the specific item?

Answer: As long as you can get the item back to us in the original condition we will give you a full refund. Many of our items are unique and not mass produced which is what gives Sovalli items individuality, we would urge you to come to our Cheshire warehouse to choose the exact item you want. Where possible we photograph items individually so you can be confident that the specific item you have chosen is the one that we will ship to you. We believe that we are the only online retailer in Europe that sells unique natural stone items that photograph items individually so that where there are natural variations you can be confident you are looking at the exact item you purchase.

Question: Do you have additional charges for packaging?

Answer: No, we do not charge extra for packaging. UK delivery, postage and packaging is free for orders over £100 and £15 for orders less than £100. Our priority is that your item reaches you in its best condition, we use a mixture of wooden crates, product specific boxes and bubble wrap depending upon the product. With Bespoke orders, there may be extra delivery requirements and you should discuss this at the time of commissioning, but there will be no extra charges for packaging. Back to top

Question: What do you charge for international delivery?

Answer: We have many customers in Europe and North America and the cost of delivery is based on the size of the order, the physical size or weight of the item ordered and where the item will be sent.
