Sandstone Window Surrounds

The style of the sandstone window surrounds at the project to rebuild the Shawfiled mansion (pictured above) were taken from the original Colen Campbell dimensions and construction drawings.

After consulting original Georgian pattern books - and a research trip to Dublin - updated drawings were produced and supplied to our masons.

The two designs of window surround we have are designed to work with current cavity wall building techniques and also accommodate traditional box sliding sash windows, as they have on our own project. However, we can produce window surrounds to any design - please contact us using the contact us page of this site with any requirements you may have.
